UK Orders
Shipping is by Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3 pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next working day.
EU & International Orders
Customers can choose from multiple shipping options at checkout:
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – You pay any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees directly to your local courier upon delivery.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the option you select. NIBOVI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
